I’ve been very impressed with my multi-tasking abilities lately. You know, women always say that men don’t multi-task well, and I do have to admit that this is generally true. We tend to do one activity at a time, focusing all of our energies on that endeavor.

However, I’ve realized lately that I can really get my exercise routine in better when I multi-task. So, now, when I watch television at night, I make sure to do crunchless abs with my Bender Ball at the same time. When I help my son with his homework, I’ve got my jump rope out and jump while I answer his questions.

Obviously, I can’t multi-task my entire exercise routine, but I can certainly add another 20-30 minutes of exercise a day without really even feeling the impact on my time. That’s the beauty of crunchless abs, the Bender Ball and a jump rope – they can all go along wherever I am, and they can be incorporated into any routine!

Unlike my wife and teenage daughters, I’m just not someone who is going to spend hours in a gym sweating it off. But I do know how important exercise is. That is why I was so excited to learn about the Bender Ball. Bender Ball exercise is really different from any type of exercise I have encountered in the past. There is simply no pain involved. You get to do these crunchless abs that just melt it off really easily. In the few weeks I have been using the Bender Ball on a regular basis, I have noticed a way trimmer me. And the best part is, I don’t have to spend all that much time doing it. Just a few minutes each night and I feel relaxed, no pain and I see results. What could be better?
Melt It Off Easily with the Bender Ball
So take the easy way out. You’re not cheating. The Bender Ball is actually good for the entire body since it works with the body, not against it (hence you end up feeling no pain). Why fight the system (or in the case the body), when you really don’t have to? If you are not the kind of person who is going to go to the gym on a regular basis, why waste the money getting a membership? By using the Bender Ball at home you will find you save money, time and energy. What a great way of getting in shape.

Music makes the world go round. And I’m finding this to be true for myself with my exercise routine. Lately, when I have had trouble getting through my exercise routine, I’ve found that music makes a big difference. So, I find some great new tunes for my iPod and I get bopping to the beat. This is especially true when I’m doing crunchless abs on my Bender Ball. I’ve actually found some great tunes that I am able to listen to exactly in time with my Bender Ball routine. This keeps my pace up and allows me to enjoy my routine more.
This also goes for my walking and running routines. I find that I’m willing to keep going for longer when I have the right music with me. It sustains me and keeps up my pace. Music is definitely the key to melt it off for me and to keep up my Bender Ball, walking and other exercise routines!
