I’m sorry to say, that I lost my job. But there is a bright side to this situation. My wife is still working, I am getting unemployment insurance, and I have a bit saved to cover us until I find another job, which I hope will be better than the last one, which was starting to make me crazy. I think part of the reason I was eating so much was because my boss was driving me crazy, and I was too depressed to do my exercises regularly. So now I have a chance at a fresh start.

So what am I gonna do? I’m gonna get my bender ball back from my kids and start working out with it like I was doing a few months ago. I hope my break from working will give me a chance to really get the look I want, and the good health that my doctor and my wife say is so important. Wish me luck.

I need to exercise, and the sooner the better! I want to diet, but I just haven’t got around to doing it. One thing I need is a method that will work, and that will get me motivated. Bender Ball might just be the way to go!

My kid turned 8 – good for him, bad for me!!

We had a birthday party for him with the family, and that meant cake and sweets etc. So of course I had to eat.

Then we had a party for him and his friends… again… I had to eat! So all that his birthday has done for me is make me feel older, and put on weight! What does that mean for me now? Two things, no, maybe three. Diet, exercise, and feeling fat. Of all those, feeling fat is the worst!

Solutions? Yes… I have solutions… the first of which is not to have any more birthday parties for a while… no problem, as no birthdays are happening for a while!
