I hate crunches, but even more than I hate crunches, I hate my tummy! Fat isn’t the word, and the time has come to do something, so I looked around until I found something people said worked.  I landed on the Bender Ball for my abs workout, and so far so good. The Bender Method has a very good chance of helping me with my stomach muscles and trying to lose the fat I have. The Bender Ball Method is simple, helps my back, and also seems to be doing what it said it would for my tummy. You will be hearing from me about my Bender Ball adventure as things happen.
