I don’t particularly like the color green, but it is growing on me. How? Why?
Because I am seeing green 4 times a week, and it is helping me lose weight and inches. (Okay, the green of money, especially Dollars is a good green, but that is different from the green I am describing!)
Bender Ball green is my color! I am using the Bender Ball to shape my abs (or rather lose weight and get into my clothes) and it is working. No back pain, no traditional crunches… the Bender Ball Method is the way to go.

I wanted to exercise with the Bender Ball, but my kids were playing with it!! They were kicking it around and throwing it to each other, and when I asked them for it they lay on the floor and started copying what they have seen me doing!
My kids are going to have better abs than I will! Now I have to share the Bender Ball with them!! Maybe I should just buy another Bender Ball? Never too soon to exercise, right? And sharing is caring, no?

I love blogging and surfing the internet, but sometimes it is painful. I don’t mean the time spent doing it, nor the question of what to type and write, but the physical pain!
I started exercising, and I went overboard! My abs are killing me! The Bender Ball Method is the way to go, but I didn’t follow the instructions! No wonder my exercise routine killed me, and now I have made a resolution – I will do the Bender Ball thing the Bender Ball Method way!

My kid turned 8 – good for him, bad for me!!
We had a birthday party for him with the family, and that meant cake and sweets etc. So of course I had to eat.
Then we had a party for him and his friends… again… I had to eat! So all that his birthday has done for me is make me feel older, and put on weight! What does that mean for me now? Two things, no, maybe three. Diet, exercise, and feeling fat. Of all those, feeling fat is the worst!
Solutions? Yes… I have solutions… the first of which is not to have any more birthday parties for a while… no problem, as no birthdays are happening for a while!

I am trying to get my abs happening, and I just wish that I could sculpt them as easily as I am able to develop my biceps, for example. I have tried tons of stomach exercises, crunches and other stuff, and aside from no enjoying them at all, they don’t seem to work. It is really slow going. So, I neglected my stomach exercises, and just hoped that by losing weight in general I will be able to lose the excess weight around my tummy.
Well, needless to say, the going is so slow that I was losing interest. So, I decided to go online and look for reviews and recommendations for exercises for abs. My focus was on stuff that is not based on crunches – I want crunchless abs. Bender Ball is what I found. The Bender Ball is a small ball that you use in your exercises, doing a type of crunch that is easier and that also does far more than a regular crunch is up to 408% more effective. I am doing the Bender Ball method and it is working like a charm. Abs are now my favorite muscles – and biceps are only a close second!

The Bender Ball is a cute little green ball that is so easy to use in my exercise routines, and it also is a great toy for my kids! I am quite okay with my kids using my Bender Ball fitness equipment as I am getting great value from my small and cheap $9.99 investment (!!), but also it will accustom them to the idea of exercise and working on their abs. Aside from the obvious results in shaping one’s abs, strengthened abs mean a much stronger back and abdomen core – which is essential for health.
I wouldn’t say that I love exercise, but I certainly find the crunchless abs idea of Bender Ball something very positive and effective. The designer of this method, Leslee Bender, has really hit on something here!

I hate crunches, but even more than I hate crunches, I hate my tummy! Fat isn’t the word, and the time has come to do something, so I looked around until I found something people said worked. I landed on the Bender Ball for my abs workout, and so far so good. The Bender Method has a very good chance of helping me with my stomach muscles and trying to lose the fat I have. The Bender Ball Method is simple, helps my back, and also seems to be doing what it said it would for my tummy. You will be hearing from me about my Bender Ball adventure as things happen.
